Can I just get all the images on a CD?
Yes. For a set price we can supply a CD with all the images (usually 3-5MB jpeg) and you can arrange the printing of the photographs, please use the ‘contact’ page to email us. The price depends on the size of the event.
Can I just hire a photographer and keep all the images?
Yes. A photographer can be hired for an event, half a day, or a whole day. This is charged at a set rate, which includes all images on a CD. Just use the contact page to send an email enquiry.
The pictures on the website have writing on them, will this appear on my photographs?
No. The writing is a ‘watermark’, which is only visible on the Internet. It will not be on your photographs.
The pictures on the website are not very big, how good will the resolution be in my photographs?
The images on the website are small, low resolution, copies. The files that are used to make the photographs will give excellent quality up to A1 or even larger.
Can I have a file sent electronically?
Yes. Individual files can be emailed but we recommend a CD
Can I use the photographs for brochures, on my website, or for advertising?
No. When you buy a photograph or a file Sportinphotos still owns the copyright. You can use the photograph or print the file for any personal use but for any commercial use please contact Sportinphotos for advice and options.
Can I hire Sportinphotos to photograph a wedding or a family?
No. Sportinphotos specialise in sports. We do take individual and team portraits of sportspeople but if you have any enquiries please use the ‘contact’ page to email us.
Why do I have to register to buy photographs?
When you register you are supplying the postal address for delivery. This also makes future ordering easy. No information will be passed to any third party.
